About Marie-Claude

Hello/Bonjour! My name is Marie-Claude, “M.C.”, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Masters student from Yorkville University completing my practicum placement with Bright Raven. My therapeutic work with clients is under clinical supervision of Brooke Bertrand, MA RP. I have 8 years experience working in the post-secondary sector supporting students. When I’m not working or studying, I like playing guitar, fiddle, singing, and listening to every genre of music, particularly on vinyl! Je parle Français et Anglais.

I offer support for individuals 14 and older struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. I have a great interest in helping adults struggling with ADHD. Additionally, I provide an affirming, safe space for 2SLGBTQIA+ clients struggling with minority stress and/or challenges.

I take an integrative approach grounded in person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioural therapy. I endeavor to provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and collaborative space and my goal is to offer a tailored approach that honors your unique life experiences.

I believe every client is the expert in their life and together we can discover the best path to achieving your wellness goals!
